A student must attend a minimum of 8 classes
and train for at least 8 weeks and be able to perform the following techniques -
Blocks & Strikes:
- Four Directional Block
- Four Directional
Punch
Kicks:
- Jump Knee Kick
- Any combination of two kicks
Self-Defense:
- All 8 Self-Defense learned up to this point
Step Sparring:
- Beginning Three Step Sparring
without a Partner
