A student must attend a minimum of 8 classes
and train for at least 8 weeks and be able to perform the following techniques -
Blocks:
- Combination, step back walking stance low block with knifehand
then step forward into walking stance middle inner forearm block. All four directions (Four Direction Block - Saju Makgi)
Strikes:
- Back Fist
- Any combination of strikes
Kicks:
- Stepping Front Kick
- Stepping Side Kick
- Stepping Turning Kick
Self-Defense:
- Single hand grab - Push down, big circle out and up then push down + back fist.
- Double
hand grab - Step towards opponent and push past + elbow strike.
- Two hand choke
- Reach over with both hands and pull down on opponents arms + bring both hands back up striking opponent under the chin.
- Grab from behind - Bring both arms up in front of you and spin around hitting oppnents arms + lead leg front kick.
