LEVEL ONE
Requirements

Taekwondo Karate Martial Arts Lessons

A student must attend a minimum of 8 classes and train for a minimum of 8 weeks and must be able to perform the following techniques -
    
Blocks:
  1. High Block
  2. Low Block
  3. Guarding Block (for kicking)
Strikes:
  1. Middle Punch
  2. High Punch
  3. Low Punch
Kicks:
  1. Knee Kick
  2. Rear Leg Front Kick
  3. Lead Leg Front Kick
Self-Defense:
  1.  Single hand grab - Grab fist, step back and pull away
  2.  Double hand grab - Push down, big circles out and up then push down 
  3. Two hand choke - hands together push up and then out (Rocket ship)
  4. Grab from behind - duck under and run
