A student must attend a minimum of 8 classes and
train for a minimum of 8 weeks and must be able to perform the following techniques -
Blocks:
- High Block
- Low Block
- Guarding Block
(for kicking)
Strikes:
- Middle Punch
- High Punch
- Low Punch
Kicks:
- Knee Kick
- Rear Leg Front Kick
- Lead Leg Front
Kick
Self-Defense:
- Single
hand grab - Grab fist, step back and pull away
- Double hand grab - Push down, big circles out and up then push down
- Two hand choke
- hands together push up and then out (Rocket ship)
- Grab from behind - duck under
and run
