A student must attend a minimum of 8 classes
and train for at least 8 weeks and must be able to perform the following techniques -
Blocks, Strikes & Kicks:
- Four Directional Block
- Four
Directional Punch
- Any combination of Kicks
Self-Defense:
- All 8 Self-Defense learned up to this point
Step Sparring:
- Beginning Three Step Sparring with a Partner
Pattern:
