A student must attend a minimum of 8 classes
and train for at least 8 weeks and must be able to perform the following techniques -
Blocks:
- Low Knifehand Block
- Combination Step Back Low Block
walking stance, then step forward middle punch walking stance. All four directions. (Four Direction Punch - Saju Jurugi)
Strikes:
- Combination of three Punches any level
Kicks:
- Rear Leg Turning Kick
- Lead Leg Turning
Kick
Self-Defense:
- Single hand grab - Push down, big circle out and up then
push down
- Double hand grab - Step towards opponent and push past.
- Two hand choke
- Reach over with both hands and pull down on opponents arms
- Grab from behind - Bring both arms up in front of you and spin
around hitting oppnents arms.
