A student must attend a minimum of 8 classes
and train for 8 weeks and must be able to perform the following techniques -
Blocks:
- Combination High Block and Low Block
- Palm Block
Strikes:
- Combination of two Punches any level
- Outward Knifehand Strike
Kicks:
- Rear Leg Side Kick
- Lead Leg Side Kick
- 4
Direction Front Kick
Self-Defense:
- Single hand grab - Grab fist, step back and pull
away + Elbow strike.
- Double hand grab - Push down, big circles out and up then push down + Front Kick
- Two hand choke - hands together push up and then out (Rocket ship) + Knee Kick
- Grab from behind
- duck under and spin + Lead Leg Side Kick
