Essays on Martial Arts

General Choi Centennial Taekwondo

Over 30+ years of martial arts as a student, Instructor for Young Champions and now as a school owner I have had a rich experience that I want to share with my students and others.  These essays will touch on topics that have come up in many different ways and I hope to address things I have learned and the philosophy I have developed.  As Head Instructor at my school, my philosophies should be central to the training and teaching that goes on there.  Students interested in knowing more in depth what it is we are trying to accomplish will find it in these essays.  People interested in finding out more about our school will also find these essays a good resource.  Many of the things in these essays are concepts and ideas that I have taught in class, stories I have told and things I have learned from other Instructors and fellow martial artists.
